Charles is amazing! He exceeded my expectations! Under my kitchen sink was completely trashed due to a leak. He precisely measured out everything and it looks better than it did before the leak! At the risk of having to wait in line to work with Charles again due to me expressing how grateful I am to work with a contractor who: 1) Turns up on time 2) Asked succinct questions and listened to me. Then explained what he understood to be the task at hand to remove any question in my mind that he understood me completely 3) Quoted me a price the day after I messaged him 4) started the work the same week 5) Delivered the kitchen pantry doors the same week I contacted him Please remember me when you are building things for the rich and famous, because they are the type of people who value their time and your quality work.
