We were struggling with 85+ degrees for a couple days trying to find the right person for our AC repair. The first company came and immediately (less than 20 min) assessed that our evaporator coils needed to be replaced and it would be about 1k. Sought a second opinion and Steve came the next day and presented with such professionalism, commitment, honesty, and respect; we just knew FL-Air Heating & Cooling was the one for job. Steve was at our home for over an hour completing a thorough assessment of BOTH the inside and outside units in 90+ degrees AND going up/down our steep staircase. By the time he left, he was drenched but we had cold air. We still had some parts that needed to be replaced, however, the price was significantly lower and included an annual maintenance plan. Bobby came a few days later to install the part and complete maintenance for the entire AC system. He was also professional, friendly, and on time. He gave me some tips on maintenance for the AC. Anyway, I’m sorry to ramble, but all this to say, good service like this is RARE!!! So we will definitely be using them for ALL of our HVAC needs.

Ryan was punctual, professional, explained the work clearly, & completed maintenance work efficiently. We hired this pro for maintenance for one year Which includes service calls as needed, any repairs that are done excluding parts, and an interim maintenance visit in six months.
