- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set on a per case basis. There are many factors including, prior arrests and convictions, whether it is a misdemeanor or felony, how many charges there are, what county it is in, who is the judge, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls, an initial consultation will be set for 24-48 hours. I will give a price and as soon as payment is received and the retention agreement is signed, I notify the state the same day I will be advocating for the defendant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
