- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My training session vary according to each persons goals. I offer both nutritional guidance and exercise programs, tailored to your body make up. Typically my sessions are 30 to 45 minutes, and are priced based on where we meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step in working with a new client, is making sure we 'click' with each other, and that we will be comfortable working together. That is why our first meeting and consultation is always free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my Personal training certification, I spent the last 5 years studying women over the age of 40, learning how hormones, eating habits, exercise and mental health impact their lives. I also have a aqua-fitness certification for training in pools if available. Currently working on my Nutrition degree.
