Johanna believes in providing not just a pleasant experience, and consistent service, but providing each guest with what they need to recreate their look at home. Johanna is passionate about educating her guest on achieving and maintaining healthy hair. Johanna continues to train in advanced hair color education and placement showing her belief in the importance of continual education. She strives to expand her knowledge for her clientele. She has been certified with many different color lines and keratin treatments but decided to provide Goldwell Color and Goldwell Kerasilk treatment products due to the quality and integrity of the product line, which allows her in providing healthy hair services. “I wanted a professional career that enables me to interact with people as well as allow me to make an impact on their lives. I always do my best to listen to my client’s needs and wants. Customer service and experience is extremely important to me and is why I love what I do!" Johanna is very passionate about her career. She loves to make sure she takes care of her guest and will always recommend what's best for the guest. She love the relationships she has built with her guest and they trust what's she does and say.

I do. Its based on length and density of hair. I always give an estimate before I start any services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always love to do a theory consultation with my new guest at the salon. I have series of questions so that I can understand what you have had, where you would like to be, and how you would love to feel. From our consultation I would give you my professional recommendations. My first key is to do whats best to create healthy hair or maintain the healthy hair you have.
