Carly did a fantastic job at cleaning my downtown apartment for a recent move out. She showed up early, kept me updated on progress and sent pictures of the finished job after. She’s so easy to work with and went above and beyond in cleaning. I’ll definitely be calling her again! :)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Any prices that I have listed on my profile might be lower or higher depending on the job, the frequency of visits, etc. Everything is open for discussion and I can work with any budget you might have. I will give discounts on your next cleaning if I am hired by someone you recommend me to. If you would like window cleaning (interior only), it is $5 per window, not a flat $5. I unfortunately can't specify that on this site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always meet with them in their home or business place first. I like to take a tour of the area that needs to be cleaned and get somewhat familiar with the area. I would also like to chat with you and let you know about all the services I will be providing, which I have listed out on a sheet that I will give to you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father owned a small janitorial business and I would help him time to time. Then, when I was laid off from a job, I started cleaning for a large franchise. I thought to myself, "Why can't I do this on my own? What is stopping me?" With the help of my husband, family, and word of mouth I started my own business years ago and have been going strong ever since.
