From the initial call with Amber to the quality moving job with the movers, and the post-job checkup call by Matt, this is the best moving company I've ever hired. I was impressed Jesse and Cam showed up early and they spent more time prepping and wrapping sensitive furniture than other companies I've experienced. Plus I enjoyed my conversations with them. Movers worked quickly and were careful. Promptly pointed out some slight damage to wall from moving couch upstairs. Owner of company offered discount on services in lieu of sending a company to repair. I felt this was very fair. Would definitely use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
