From the initial call with Amber to the quality moving job with the movers, and the post-job checkup call by Matt, this is the best moving company I've ever hired. I was impressed Jesse and Cam showed up early and they spent more time prepping and wrapping sensitive furniture than other companies I've experienced. Plus I enjoyed my conversations with them. Tron and JR were great to work with! They were prompt, and took excellent care of our belongings. They were able to help us move into our home, as well as make a stop at our storage unit. We’ll definitely be calling them again for our next move!

They didn’t get a big enough truck and I had asked the owner to come to the apt to give me an estimate but she refused They stole about 10 bottles of champagne/liquor as in it never got to my new home. The movers they sent were rude and complained a lot because they had to wait for a 2nd truck. They didn’t deliver at least 2 boxes that I had packed I have no clue what happened to them They used every single one of my garbage bags as a packing place. They actually put 4 diner platters in a trash bag and needless to say they were all broken! They forgot certain drawers in the kitchen so I was missing things like kitchen towels hand blender etc.. and they refused to take some furniture they claimed had mold on it. We had it looked at there was no mold. They blocked my new area code because I called and left a few messages as I started finding broken items missing items etc.. and the owner went off on me! She then offered a tiny refund but never gave it to me. Now that I’ve found them again I’ll be moving forward with a law suit. This is thee most unprofessional and disgusting outfit I’ve ever done business with!! And They really need to change their name because they aren’t friendly they’re con artists who over charge and steal from their clients

Movers worked quickly and were careful. Promptly pointed out some slight damage to wall from moving couch upstairs. Owner of company offered discount on services in lieu of sending a company to repair. I felt this was very fair. Would definitely use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
