We received excellent service from a knowledgeable staff. We had a tricky A/C issue that several other contractors failed to diagnose correctly, but they got it fixed. I highly recommend these guys.

I had an incredible experience with American Air Authorities! We were dealing with an emergency situation, and William responded remarkably promptly to save the day. Not only did he handle our HVAC issue with ease, but he also went above and beyond by helping us fix a problem completely outside of the A/C realm while he was here. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about solving our problem. It is rare to find such dedicated service these daysI highly recommend asking for William!

If you looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable a/c company, I would recommend William (American Air Authorities). He took care of a clogged drain 2 years ago for me and when I reached out to him again, he knew exactly who I was even after 2 years. He took care of my issue this time as well and I will continue to use his company in the future. Highly recommend you consider if you need help with your air conditioner.
