We provide clear, upfront pricing before any repair begins. Our service call and diagnostic fee is $89. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost. No hidden fees or unnecessary repairs. We proudly offer a 10% discount to seniors and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking for the appliance brand, model number, and a brief description of the problem. We then schedule a convenient appointment, diagnose the appliance, explain the issue, and provide an upfront repair estimate before starting any work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed comprehensive professional appliance repair training through Home Alliance Academy and earned certificates covering appliance diagnostics, electrical systems, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and other major household appliances. I also hold an EPA certification and continue to strengthen my technical expertise through ongoing hands-on training and field experience.
