Preston's attention to detail has been quite a surprise dealing with other companies in the past just blew them out the water.

I hired Mercado Property Maintenance after last year’s harsh winter to restore my gardens to their original beauty and glory - pruning, weeding, planting, and laying mulch. Preston was professional, knowledgeable about landscape design, and a pleasure to work with. He also painted my pool deck. His prices were competitive and well worth the cost. I take great pride in my home and gardens, and thanks to Preston my yard is the envy of the neighborhood.
