Jorge did a great job at replacing 2 cracked floor tiles. He was on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. The job was done so well you can’t even tell where the work was done. I will be using Jorge in the future for other household projects.

Jorje showed up on time and completed the LVP installation itself satisfactorily. Unfortunately, the billing experience was frustrating. He charged me more than the agreed-upon price twice. First, he added a charge for carpet removal even though carpet removal was clearly included in the job description submitted through Thumbtack when he accepted the job. Second, he insisted the project was 200 square feet when the actual area was only 185 square feet. I know it could not have been 200 square feet because I purchased 200 square feet of flooring, and that total already included waste allowance. The installation work was acceptable, but I was disappointed by what felt like repeated attempts to increase the price after the fact. In the end, I paid the additional charges simply to resolve the situation and have him leave my home, even though I could’ve pulled out the tape measure for him. Because of this experience, I will not be hiring him for the much larger LVP installation planned for my entire upstairs. It’s unfortunate Jorge was dishonest.
