Couldn’t get my Ring floodlights to work. They figured out that the floodlights had failed and climbed a high ladder to get them down . Made me aware that I could get replacement floodlights directly from Ring rather than trying to return them to the store. Would definitely use them again.

Guys went over what they were going to do before they did, and also spoke with Rob and he was extremely helpful and since speaking to him I decided to give another set of cameras a try which they said they would be more than happy to install for a great price.
