- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation Discovery Call / Meeting – I start with a conversation to understand the client’s goals, challenges, and vision. Needs Assessment – We go over their current website, branding, or business setup and identify opportunities for improvement. Package Fit – I recommend a service package (Basic, Advanced, Premium, or custom) based on their budget and goals. 2. Proposal & Agreement Customized Offer – I create a tailored proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Agreement – Once approved, I send over the offer letter/contract (and NDA if needed). Kickoff – We confirm deliverables and communication channels (email, Slack, ClickUp, etc.). 3. Planning & Onboarding Brand & Content Gathering – Collect logos, images, brand colors, and any existing content. Creative Direction – I provide a design mood board or wireframes for feedback. Timeline Setup – Break down the project into milestones (design, development, testing, launch). 4. Design & Development Design Phase – Build mockups, prototypes, or sample content. Feedback Loop – Clients review and approve before development starts. Development Phase – Website, e-commerce store, or content gets built with SEO and responsive design in mind. 5. Review & Testing Client Walkthrough – I show the customer the nearly finished product. Revisions – Make any requested adjustments. Testing – Check functionality (mobile, desktop, forms, checkout, etc.). 6. Launch & Support Final Approval – Once the client is satisfied, we launch the project live. Post-Launch Support – I provide a support window (bug fixes, minor updates, training on using their site/tools). Ongoing Growth Options – Offer continued services such as SEO, content creation, or AI automations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal Education – I am currently pursuing a degree in Software and Web Development at Sullivan University. My coursework covers core areas such as programming, web technologies, virtualization, and system architecture. This foundation gives me a strong technical edge when designing and building websites and e-commerce systems. Specialized Training – Hands-on experience with Wix Studio, Shopify, Vercel, and GitHub for custom web development. Ongoing training in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid for building advanced site features. Applied learning in SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing to ensure websites don’t just look good, but also perform. Practical work with AI integrations, automation tools, and cloud services (Azure, Zapier, Tidio, Twilio, etc.) to streamline business operations for clients. Entrepreneurial Experience – Beyond academics, I’ve built and managed multiple brands (such as Vilo Website Development, Canyon Pet Supplies, Nottingham Wallets & Bags, Wanderlust Travel, and more). Each project has sharpened my skills in branding, UX/UI design, SEO optimization, and e-commerce growth strategies.
