- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies! I try my best to be among the lowest priced installer around, and I can make that up in some of the add-on services that I offer. I will also never blindside anyone with a fee they weren't anticipating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what kind of wall they have (drywall, cement, masonry?) and if they already have their own mount. Also, I think it's great to do behind the wall wire concealment, and although that costs a little more, I like to give that to my customers as an option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No special training. Just been doing it for a long time!
