- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep it simple...we evaluate the customer's needs and create either a flat fee or a square-footage price to help keep their costs low.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! Our inspector and our engineer both complete annual continuing education in order to keep their licenses current. They also go beyond the minimum requirements, staying abreast of new changes monthly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been working training others in customer service and management, but was always fascinated by architecture.
