We usually ask a few questions and sometimes request pictures of the space so we can recommend the best type of service and provide an accurate quote. Once the appointment is scheduled, we confirm the details, arrival window, and any special requests such as fridge, oven, laundry, organizing, or priority areas. On the day of the service, our team arrives with the necessary supplies and focuses on the customer’s priorities while making sure the home is cleaned with attention to detail. After the appointment, we follow up to make sure the customer is happy with the service and discuss future maintenance cleanings if needed. ✨
