- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe quality legal document preparation should be affordable. Our flat-rate pricing is often significantly less than the cost of hiring an attorney for document preparation alone. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Electronic court filing (where available) and notarization are included at no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand your document preparation needs. After collecting the necessary information, we prepare your documents for your review. Once approved, we notarize eligible documents at no additional charge and electronically file eligible court documents on your behalf. We keep you informed throughout the process and are available to answer questions about the document preparation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience preparing legal documents and assisting individuals, families, and small businesses with a variety of legal paperwork. We stay current on court forms and filing procedures to help ensure documents are prepared accurately and professionally. As a nonlawyer legal document preparation company, we prepare documents at the client's direction and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
