All ages swim coach Learn to swim/ stroke school VIRTUAL SWIM LESSONS Lifeguard Collegiate level swimmer CPR first aid AED certifications, wsi trained. Any age Athletes/ triathletes/ CrossFiters looking for technical stroke, start, finish, flip turn, practice structures. I also do virtual swim lesson- homeschooled swimmers, out of state swimmers. Nutritionist: I provide nutrition consulting for all ages and all nutrition goals. I have helped guide and support many people on their weight loss journey. Some are in person while most online or via phone / distance clients.

Absolutely loved my time learning. Very patient, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. I went from being very poor at a few things to genuinely improving, after 1 session, to the point of passing my Padi assessments on swim capability and float duration. Me and my spouse are in our early 30’s and we contacted Trish for swimming class. We both were comfortable in water but didn’t really know the technic of swimming . Trish is very easy to work with! Very responsive and professional. Good teacher and explaining in a way that it’s easy to understand.
