Very impressed with HDS for our son's project! Josh is very attentive and picked up his phone on a Saturday for our first phone call. No one does that. He went out of his way to make sure we were getting his messages and even called us to tell us the first draft of the plans were ready to review. The use of Quickbooks to present estimates and accept payment is very professional. We love the messages giving us status updates as we never felt in the loop with the other drafting company we used on the past. The draft was completed way sooner than we expected and J and K can’t wait to look over it today.
