- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a basic hourly rate on smaller jobs and for customers that are on a limited budget. Most of the time we work from flat rate itemized book and we work from bid to bid on bigger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers we want them to feel comfortable with us being in their homes, this is why we are a drug free work place as well as back ground check is done on everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for over 23 years and have held contractor licenses in several different states.
