I’m really happy with how my house turned out! Crystal Clear Cleaning did an amazing job, and I could definitely tell they took their time making sure everything was cleaned properly. Every home is different, so pricing is based on your home’s size, condition, and the type of clean you choose: Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Move-Out. We offer both one-time and recurring cleans, and recurring clients get the best value. You’ll get a clear quote up front, with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You send a request through Thumbtack or our website quote form with a few details about your home.
2. We reply quickly with a quote and answer any questions.
3. We schedule a day that works for you. We clean Monday-Saturday.
4. Our cleaning team arrives and follows a detailed checklist for your service tier.
5. We follow up afterward to make sure you’re happy. If you’d like recurring service, we lock in a regular schedule so you always know when we’re coming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every cleaner on our team goes through a screening process before they ever enter a client’s home. That includes an interview, a background check, and supervised test cleans. Cleaners follow a standardized checklist for each service so the results are consistent every visit. We’re a licensed Florida LLC with general liability insurance, and our cleaners carry their own insurance as well. On the business side, I’m a recent graduate from the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University. I use what I’ve learned there to run scheduling, communication, and quality control.
