Hi guys, I did not want to leave a bad review because I do not think they deserve a bad review. I moved out of my old apartment. I rushed to have my new one cleaned rushed into finding purposeful polish. Thank you purposeful polish. I was charged for a deep clean, and I hired another professional on thumbtack Diniz cleaning I’ll repost the name I think reviews are important the girl that clean she did great. She tried her best even though this house only should have been charged for a standard cleaning. Because one my appointment was for 9 AM to 10. They did not get there until almost 130 2:00 PM and none of this has to do with the cleaning pro it has to do with a professionals that lie behind that., I won’t put in a post right now as long as this review does not affect my cleaning pro because she really tried hard, but they charge me for a deep clean. It was only a standard cleaning the other company that cleaned my old apartment now that should’ve been charged for a deep clean. I only paid for a standard cleaning three pro showed up for the same amount of money. I paid this place, but they were punctual on time. They did not quit and when I say they did not quit they don’t ask for any down payment. They only ask for your trust to clean your house and then they get the money after and oh my gosh when I see the results I would love to post pictures, but I’m not going to do it on here now this place did have some spiders in the corners, probably old bug cause it was vacant for a long time. The pro was great very sweet lady very sweet, but the big people that make the appointments rush the people to get there. Don’t tell him about it until who knows. I’m just guessing here, but I don’t think that cleaning pro was made aware just in my opinion from reading people as long as I have. Again, I believe getting charged almost 240 for a deep clean when it should’ve only been charged for a standard cleaning and a down payment. I just wanna give the best company the right response. The respect that I got treated with and when I say, purposeful polish is great for standard cleanings may be in rush situations when you can’t get any other people there quicker this other company responded immediately where they’re so punctual oh my gosh and when I say they didn’t quit just wait for my after video by before and after videos. By the way, they better not say one thing about the cleaning pro that came and clean from their company because whoever that person was did a very good job and she was trying to clean and focus on cleaning while we were outside moving stuff on the porch so she really really tried. I don’t believe this company Deserves the review that I am going to leave the people that did my old apartment. They deserve your business and when I say that I mean that Diniz cleaning I’ll repost the name in my next review I just really do not want them getting upset in anyway for the cleaner they had come out and they made it seem like they were having a whole team of people coming very professional until time punctuality a lot came to sense now the cleaner the pro did a very good job and in the circumstances she did OK, but in my opinion, the same amount of money for the other company no way no way go to Denise cleaning I will post the card. They left me. And like I said, these people even helped me carry clothes to my car when they first got there I was late bringing my last load out to the car, which was a bag of clothes in a box which was as big as my calf not big at all so I had the box he just helped me because he didn’t want any clothes to drop on the floor. They were very precise punctual the review I leave them. I have to really go and look at. I’m going to post it on here so everyone knows For the money. If you can wait and not rush like I did then you will be so pleased with this other company if it’s a deep clean, you need I didn’t pay the other company for a deep clean, but oh my gosh, they sure went above and beyond every expectation I had Thank you purposeful polish for helping me in my time of need
