- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a quote first answer any questions they have next. I require a 100.00 deposit if its larger wedding 50.00 if smaller and 20% if its a hair color service. its non refundable but subtracted from the total at the end of a service. This is to stop people who are not serious, because I take my job very serious and you should not work with anyone who doesent.After a deposit has been made I add them to my appointment book and ask for pictures of them and what they want done, During the time inbetween I continue to build a professional relationship this allowes me to give each client my best as it helps build expectations for them and myself.
