Gretchen is awesome. I really enjoyed the time we spent together as she got my hair and makeup done for a work party. She is so funny and wonderful to be around I had so much getting ready with her. Our experience with Gretchen was amazing!! We were concerned about going to a salon due to Covid so we found her on Thumbtack and she was able to come to our home. She did haircuts for all three of my children and did a wonderful job. She was engaging and patient and they all were happy with their cuts. I got highlights and a new, shorter cut, and I could not be more pleased. I love my new hair!! We will definitely have her back and next time my daughter and I are having her come over for a makeup tutorial and application. If you hire Gretchen, you will not be disappointed!

Gretchen and her staff were absolutely AMAZING! They did the hair and makeup for my niece's wedding and absolutely transformed her! My niece has short hair with minimal body, and how Gretchen was able to make her look so elegant was something to behold! And the make up artist was second to none!
The age-range of those of us receiving services was from late 20's to late 70's, and they made us all look beautiful for the wedding. In fact, we were glowing!
Besides being outstanding professionals, they were also a lot of fun to be with and they kept us all laughing! I would give more stars if they were available!!! Thanks Gretchen!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a quote first answer any questions they have next. I require a 100.00 deposit if its larger wedding 50.00 if smaller and 20% if its a hair color service. its non refundable but subtracted from the total at the end of a service. This is to stop people who are not serious, because I take my job very serious and you should not work with anyone who doesent.After a deposit has been made I add them to my appointment book and ask for pictures of them and what they want done, During the time inbetween I continue to build a professional relationship this allowes me to give each client my best as it helps build expectations for them and myself.
