Jeff was very detailed oriented. McCloud was able to repair porch damage. We tried getting the builder to come out and they never replied. They also proposed just replacing missing soffits instead of a full replacement which saved money. This is a family business and you can tell.

My whole experience with McCloud Gutter Protection was excellent Chris coming to the house doing the estimate explaining and talking to us about all of our options. Working with Jeff on the financial piece scheduling and making sure i had all the information for the HOA process. Cody and Austin they were professional and friendly and did an awesome job installing our new gutters. (No more waterfalls coming off our roof) We are so pleased and would highly recommend McCloud to anyone who needs gutters.

I needed fascia & soffit repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service I got from McCloud. Tony's estimate was clear and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and point out the work to be done. Jeff and Cody arrived exactly when they said they would and had it finished within 3 hours -- very impressive. They were both so kind -- friendly, polite, and professional, and the results look great! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
