- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A mini-session lasting 30 min, located in Lakeland or a surrounding area, with 20 edited photos, is priced at $75. A family portrait session lasting 1 hour, with a minimum of 30 edited photos ranges from $125.00 - $200.00. Event photography such as weddings, party's, etc range from $250.00, to $800.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote has been given, and accepted, the customer and I will verify scheduling and expectations. A photography contract will be signed if the customer so desires. This will lay out exact expectations, payment plans, and any special requests from the client. This also protects the client from financial loss in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen circumstances would include extreme cases like, contagious or debilitating illness of the photographer, severe family emergencies, etc. In the 4 years we have been in business, this has never happened. When scheduling a session, a deposit is due in the amount of 20% to reserve your desired time slot. After a Photography session is complete, the customer will receive their processed images within 7 business days for portrait sessions, and within 21 business days for event sessions.

I have been trained at the professional photographer level through college level courses, and internships.
