Our technician Jerry was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He identified an issue with our spa right away and took the time to address an additional issue to avoid us paying more to fix a simple problem. We will definitely use this company again.

I guess my expectations were too high. I was not given a tutorial on how to maintain the spa chemicals as I was told I would. I received a very brief idea of what to do. The spa cover was not touched. I did not receive a receipt for the services, They did not have a slider for a credit card, and I ended up paying in cash (and I did not have change. Neither did he.) In hindsight, I should have used a check. I ended up paying 240.00 for a drain with a shop vac, a fill with my garden hose, and some chemicals thrown in. The spa itself was pretty clean to begin with so I thought he would at least hose down the spa cover for that price. The man was very nice, however. I hope I don't get charged again since I paid in cash.

Hot tub runs like a champ. Good communication, punctual, and very responsive to questions and concerns. Minimum service fee is $100 for thumbtack users ($185 regular). Also, be advised that they charge Hillsborough/Tampa tax rate of 8.5% regardless of where the work was preformed.

Second time hiring Crystal Clear Spa and had great experiences both times.
