ur pricing is fair and competitive for the quality of service we provide. We believe in paying our cleaners a fair living wage and delivering top-tier results every time. We don’t charge by the hour — our team follows a detailed checklist and stays until the job is complete, no matter how long it takes. This ensures consistent, high-quality results with every visit. We also offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee: if anything is missed and you let us know within 24 hours, we’ll come back and make it right — at no extra cost. A credit card is required to secure your booking. We accept credit card and Apple Pay only. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee. Late payment fees may also apply if payment isn’t made within 24 hours of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer at 5 Fairies Cleaning Services is simple, transparent, and stress-free: Initial Contact & Booking You reach out with your cleaning needs, and we gather a few key details about your home or space — such as size, condition, and type of service needed (standard, deep clean, move-out, etc.). Estimate & Scheduling Based on the information you provide, we give you a flat-rate estimate and set a convenient cleaning date. We’ll also send a secure link to place a credit card on file to confirm your booking. Day of the Cleaning Our friendly, professional team arrives on time with all supplies and equipment. They follow a detailed checklist customized to your service and stay until the job is fully complete — we don’t rush or cut corners. After-Service Follow-up We’ll check in after the cleaning to ensure everything met your expectations. If anything was missed, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return for a complimentary re-clean. Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience from the first message to the final walkthrough — with no surprises and results that speak for themselves.
