- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price fair for what quality is wanted and our worth as a painting company. I'm not the cheapest but quality and work, is worth not chosing the cheap painter. I do give new customer discount and referral discounts. same color is one coat change of color is minimum 2 coats white or covering darker colors usually 3 coats minimum depending on paint type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the most important. I try to communicate in the estimate to get the most accurate one for them. Then try to communicate through the process to get the customer exactly what they want and envision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years painting experience in various areas of residential, commercial, and some industrial painting. I have lift certification, safety courses I've taken, lead certification, forklift, and quite a but of product knowledge
