I cant say enough wonderful things about Traci LeVines. I purchased a condo in Florida site unseen. Traci went through the unit with me via FaceTime. Not seeing a property in person can be stressful, but Traci put me at ease with her honesty and professionalism. She went through the unit and explained everything to me as if she were purchasing the unit for herself. When it came time to sell it, of course I contacted Traci. I wouldnt have wanted anyone else to represent me. She is honest, dedicated to her work, and will go above and beyond to see that all of your needs are met. She is the best!!!!

After deciding to sell our home my wife and I decided to discuss our plans with several Real Estate agents. We knew that we had a unique property and wanted to be sure we received full value for the features our property afforded. We chose Traci and WOW were we right! I just had the best experience with Traci LeVines and Lockhart Walseth, this is not the first time as they have helped me with 2 other sales and both went great, but this time as it looked like the deal was going to fall apart everyone got to together and worked through what was the best for everyone, they went above and beyond for both the seller and the buyer to make everything work (and there was a dead line that it needed to be done by) they work so hard to make that happen! As I never want to move again I hope I will not need to use them but if I do they will be my first call. If you are looking to buy or sale your property I would highly recommend them! Thanks so much for all you did for us!

Kibbee Jelks is the real deal! I live several states away and needed to sell my brother's house in Seminole. Communication was one of my main concerns. I called several realtors and when I spoke with Kibbee, I knew I had found the right one. I couldn't have asked for more, he kept me totally updated and sent a weekly report showing how many views the house got on line. Unfortunately a lot of realtors are only interested in getting the listing and letting someone else sell it for the them. Not Kibbee, he was energetic and worked hard to get it sold. When the house needed repairs, he made arrangements to get the work done and done correctly. He is definitely a 'hands on' agent. I couldn't have asked for more, the man is incredible.I seriously recommend Kibbee, I guarantee it would be the best decision you ever made!

Matt was an excellent agent to work with. He was very patient with us and showed us well over 15 homes to ensure that we picked the one we loved. As a first time home buyer, He was very informative and walked us through all the ins and outs of the process.
