I would like to thank Rick and her wife for the work they did yesterday. I've got Oil leak and I waiting for my regular to come over to clean the mess on the sidewalk and public street.The city gave me 2 warning to clean it up as soon as possible, the last notice was 2 hours to get the job done. I was trying to find online a company avaible to come over to do the Job and it was a lot jokers saying "we are coming" and nobody shows up and not even answer the phone anymore. So then I decided use Thumbtack and 2 minutes after my post was online Rick called me right away asking me some question an a hour later was ready to clean the mess. I was so grateful for him to reschedule his day to come over and help me out. I was on real trouble, but Sunshine Business came and take care of everything. The job was perfectly done beyond expectation. You can tell when Rick is working, he is on showtime loving was is doing. Our pricing varies on the following things: 1) How dirty the surface to be cleaned is. 2) The amount of cleaning agents needed for a project 3) The square footage of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as detailed and communicative as possible to gather as much information as about the scope of work, expectations and expected results. In this business being able to communicate and understand a customer's specific needs is the key ingredient to a long lasting business relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of UAMCC which stands for United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners. I never stop learning! I'm always looking for better and more effective ways to do my job. To me this is an exciting industry that always has me wanting to learn more.
