- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on the following things: 1) How dirty the surface to be cleaned is. 2) The amount of cleaning agents needed for a project 3) The square footage of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as detailed and communicative as possible to gather as much information as about the scope of work, expectations and expected results. In this business being able to communicate and understand a customer's specific needs is the key ingredient to a long lasting business relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of UAMCC which stands for United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners. I never stop learning! I'm always looking for better and more effective ways to do my job. To me this is an exciting industry that always has me wanting to learn more.
