I am a disabled veteran. I have 30 years' experience in facilities maintenance and was a licensed community association manager in the state of Florida for five years before becoming disabled. I would like to manage a select group of properties to supplement my income. I have a working knowledge of QuickBooks and Word. I have worked in an atmosphere where a property manager was responsible for as many as eight to 10 different associations. This leaves very little time to provide the personal service that should be provided. I understand that your property is an investment.
