I had a wonderful experience with Gotcha! Not only did they seal the several exterior entry points of my home where rats were entering my attic, but they were incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. They did an amazing job trapping and sealing up the entrances the rodents we're using to get in my walls. They came back and checked the traps multiple times till nothing was being trapped. Thank you very much!

A family of squirrels had nested in our soffit and Anthony and Christian at Gotcha Wildlife Removal took care of it. They came out the same day and found the point of entry plus a couple other spots a squirrel could get in. They sealed them up and put a one way door/trap on the main entrance point so the squirrels that were inside could get out. The squirrels were gone with a couple hours but the door needs to stay for a few days just in case. Christian came back a few days later and removed the door and fashioned a metal panel for that spot. You can see photos attached of what their metal covering looks like which I used on two spots, I think it looks great and exceeded my expectations. I had two much smaller and not visible from the ground holes sealed with their wire mesh option in order to save some money and have attached photos of those. I found their team to be responsive, friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. I liked that they have options and that they don't require costly add-on services. I feel they work with their customers and do what is best for them rather than 'you have to do all or nothing and this way' - which can be expensive. I verified that Gotcha is registered in Florida, has workers compensation insurance in case they get injured on the job and has liability insurance (in case they damage yours or a neighbor's property). I had another "company" out before them that showed up with an expired business registration and no insurance, which means if they fell off our roof (for example) their only recourse would be to sue us or our homeowner's insurance. Be sure your contractor has insurance.
