Our pricing is always upfront and transparent. We provide detailed written estimates before any work begins so there are no surprises. Labor is billed by the project, not by the hour, ensuring you get consistent value for your investment. We also offer bundled pricing for multi-room remodels and seasonal discounts for veterans and first responders. Material costs vary depending on the level of finish selected, but we always help customers choose the most durable and cost-effective options for their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and design ideas. From there, we provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, materials, and timelines. Once approved, we handle all permitting, sourcing, and scheduling. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication with daily updates and photos. We finish with a final walkthrough to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before closing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed general contractors with over 25 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial remodeling. We stay current with Florida Building Code updates and participate in continuing education for energy-efficient materials, waterproofing systems, and design trends. Many of our craftsmen are certified in tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry installation.
