A. I would like them to know that they do not have to do it alone. We are here to help them while they make money.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. They should ask for any hidden fees.
They should know any startup costs.
They should also ask if phone calls are going to cost them money as well.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love my job for the fact that I am helping small and midsize businesses grow. I get to do what I do best while watching them do what they do best. I also have some of the best clients out there so who would not love there job for that alone.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I am a mother of two teenagers and a wife to a wonderful man for the last 18 years. They are my support system. They have been helping me in various aspects of my/our business since the kids where 10 and my husband since the day I opened my doors. Without them I would not be me.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Each year I take the new QuickBooks Certification so I am staying up on all the new features of each of the new products. I also read updates and blogs on the new rules and regs on Bookkeeping.
