I was just planning on lining up an electrician for my to do list next week. It being Sunday, I didn't think anyone would respond until tomorrow. Ethical Electrical Services contacted me immediately but told me that he was unavailable for the next two weeks. After I described by problem with a GFCI outlet, he agreed to talk me through it. I had replaced these myself more than once and never had a problem but this one was giving me fits. After some back and for a while the with a description of the issue, I had everything I needed to do the job on my own and get it working. Free...On a Sunday...And it works. Can't be more ethical than that. They will be on my call list for the next electrical project, for sure.

Matt arrived on time, stayed until the work was completed even though we added a couple items to our order. He was very conscientious about cleaning up after himself. The work was professionally done at a fair price. He would be the one I would call again if I need electrical work done in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free! We also give a military and senior citizen discount with proper identification
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an appointment, arrive to the customer's house on time and clean dressed. I try to explain my procedure to the best of my ability so that they can understand fully what the project will entail. I want to make the customer as comfortable as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Trade School / Journeyman license / Masters License and Taught the 3rd year Electrical Apprenticeship Program at HCC
