We also offer a variety of other services such as polished concrete, stained and sealed concrete, crack repair, and concrete patching. At Premier Epoxy we enjoy what we do. The guys at Premier Epoxy were super-cool, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They made the process pretty much painless, and I enjoyed the fact that they had a website that wasn't complete garbage, an automated system that gave me updates regarding their whereabouts, and an intuitive UI for making online payments. The whole experience was very professional. Good job, guys! On site, they were very respectful of my property, and took the time to clean up after themselveswhich is always a plus. After they applied the epoxy, we ran into an issue with some bubbling, but I called them first thing in the AM, and they pushed the next job back to make room to get my job done right, and I thought that showed a lot of integrity. Now, to justify my 4 star rating...There were a couple of things that I wish they had/had done:1. I wish that there were more real-world images of the various types of colors and patterns that were available. I've never had an epoxy job done, and am no expert, so it was difficult to make decisions because I had zero context for what the finished product might look likeother than non-PE images online. So, for me, the process of choosing was an uncertain one...and that uncertainty, I think, could've been avoided. 2. Once I did decide, it turns out the color palette that they sent wasn't true to actuals. (Maybe that's not surprising) I chose storm cloud and rust. Once applied, the storm cloud was darker that I thought it'd be, and the rust appeared much more red than what was pictured. I'm not unsatisfied with the end result, but it wasn't what I was expecting either. Perhaps more images might solve for this, or better management of customer expectations? They did say that no two jobs are alike, and it all depends on the concrete you have, so maybe that's enough for you. For me, that comment didn't give me the warm-fuzzies. 3. Matthew, one of the owners, is definitely the "concrete whisperer" and you can tell he has passion for his craft. Philip, the other owner, introduced Matthew as the artist out of the two of them. Like, I said earlier...I'm no expert at applying concrete stain and epoxy, and I wish Matthew would've been more bold and used his artist's eye to influence my decision. Once it was too late, he made a comment like "...if it were me I wish I could've done more ...." I thought that sounded like a great idea, but like I said...it was already too late. I wish Matthew would've made that suggestion to me before the epoxy went down, or simply just not said anything at all. Now, it's a regret. A small regret, but a regret nonetheless. All that's a long way to say, that I'm super particular and have expectations that are probably too high. However, despite my obsessive attention to detail, and the fact that I peppered them with questions while they were here, the guys at Premier Epoxy provided a good experience and I'm mostly happy with the final product. In fact, I'd use them again especially now that I have context for this type of work, and am in a position to make a more informed decision.

Phillip and Matthew did a fantastic job with the floor in our new garage. they paid attention to detail and delayed the top coat application because of weather concerns to make sure that the last coat properly adhered. Also they were very happy to provide a special requested border along the edges of the garage to create the look I was l hoping for in this space.

Phillip and Matthew were the ultimate professionals . From the estimate of the project . To completion. In constant contact with me on all details and processes. From the grinding of the surface of the concrete adding permanent crack filler . To the base coat the application of the flake surface and the two layers of Premier Epoxy. The guys went out of there way to do everything exactly as my wife and I wanted. My garage is now a showplace with walls and ceiling matching colors in the new floor.
