Very knowledgeable, responded quick and showed up as promised to due the job. Did a fantastic job and kept his work area clean; didn’t leave a mess in the house when he left. Totally recommend and I will hire again when chimney needs to be serviced.

About a month ago I went to a local fireplace store and was told that they couldn’t fit me in for a month. I contacted Joy Chimney sweep and was able to be set up an appointment very quickly. He came with all the tools necessary and covered the area as to not get soot anywhere as well. Overall he did a thorough job and I felt very confident in his assessment of my fireplace. He was even kind and personable. I would definitely recommend and hire Joy Chimney Sweep again.
