They were on time and did what I considered a standard housecleaning. I paid for a deep cleaning, to spend more time on the floors, baseboards and stainless appliances. The baseboards were dusted, but not cleaned, and thefloor got a once over with a mop, but I still had dust where the baseboards meet the floor.
