Our work stands out to our clients because first and foremost we listen to our Clients, help them ask the right questions, and develop a design that meets their needs and goals. We strive to design a landscape that our Clients will enjoy and make them proud of their home. From a maintenance perspective our designs are in sink with the amount of work and effort they want to put in maintaining their landscape. Lastly, we are straight up and will tell a client that a certain plant or plants they like; will not grow in our area or will underperform. Not afraid to be candid. I enjoy meeting new customers. It's a great opporutnity to meet new folks, learn new cultures and realize how much we have in common when it comes to our goals for a landscape or garden. I'm also learning from my clients - and what more can you ask that to learn something new each day. I'm a luck guy, yet some days I forget that.

Dave has done a wonderful job tackling our overgrown and out-of-control xeriscaped yard. He is timely and stayed true to his estimates. His experienced advice has made the yard look better than it has in years. He is still managing the yard and does a great job. I am very satisfied with his performance.

Dave cancelled the job one week prior to install after us going back and forth about what we wanted. His page says he has 10 employees but I feel he kind of left us high and dry. We eliminated other landscapers who could have done the job sooner and for less money but we felt Dave was the way to go. I will not be using his services for anything in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently we are offering a 15% discount on projects valued over $750.00. We require a 50% deposit prior to starting construction; balance due at the end of project and client approval. We accept: cash or checks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting with our clients is designed to meet our customers. Develop a level of trust and start to identify what they are look for and how they want there yard to look. It's all about the client. We are helping them express their ideal design. Our job is to ask thought provoking questions and then shut up and listen. After the initial consultation we interpret our clients desires into a design. We usually have several additional meetings with our client to finalize the design. We work at the speed of our clients.
