What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and affordable, I realize that is a cryptic answer however it's based on your needs and budget. I will work with you and design a program and package that will benefit you. Know this for certain whatever you invest you will receive 10x's over in return
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching training consulting are only as good as the client's ability to receive and embrace the message. It's just like buying a pair of shoes, there must be a comfort and fit with regards to the relationship in order for the process to work. Like the game of Tennis, I believe those who serve often win...I'm here to help. I will first get to know what my clients needs are and how important it is for my client to reach their outcome. Once there is a commitment a fit and comfort I will do everything I can to help them succeed. It becomes a partnership!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from all my degrees I have more than 25 years of sales, leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the business world. I have designed and implemented training programs that are currently used nationally to help inspire individuals personally and professionally. What my education doesn't tell you is my passion to help others advance and succeed is unparalleled.
