I understand Dale has been going through some life things but I signed a contract over a month ago to get my condo rented. No renter. No response from him in over a week. I don’t think anyone else works there. Submitting this hoping someone checks these messages and gets back to me

I live out of state and it's hard to know who to trust when looking for a property manager. I did some research and found out Real Property Management was a national franchise so that gave me some comfort. Then I spoke to Dale and he was so knowledgeable and friendly that I felt in my gut that he would be a great pick. To date, he hasn't proven me wrong.

We have over 30 year of experience in property management. We hold our Sales Associate license with the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF REAL ESTATE and a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors.
