Headhunters, recruiters, search consultants, human resources / capital consultants are just a few of the descriptive titles that are used to identify the external resources used to identify future employees / employers. Many firms that provide those services further describe the process and attempt to define what sets them apart from other firms. We too have the ability to expound our strength of process, unique contacts, and effective means of identifying the right opportunity for the right professional. That is what we do but not who we are as a firm. We are a business partner. We are an extension of who you are, a conduit to share the opportunity you provide, and a trusted advisor from which to seek council. We believe in operating at the highest level of integrity with an understanding of the current need but a focused eye on the investment you make to the future with that decision. We intend for our firm to be part of the professional fabric of every client / candidate contact we make for years to come. Our decisions and actions are directed to answer the immediate need and insure the future expectation. They are not directed at the immediate transactional outcome with no care of its future impact. Our reoccurring client business is at 93%. Being trusted by a client to provide our services again and again is our greatest complement. Many of our candidates become future clients as well.
