Erik with FL Shelter Roofing is that special contractor you would want your mom, sister or anyone that may be a target during a stressful event, like a hurricane, to have on their side. Plus, his price was great and they use an industry leading product line. As a single mom with care of my 80+ yr old mom, I can't even describe how many manipulative "roofers" came out after Hurricane Ian blew through. I had no less then 8 roofing groups come by. From the stalker ones that drove in literally 3 hours after the storm passed to the random solicitation ones, that are supposedly not legally allowed to solicit after a Hurricane. Then, after dealing with two groups that wrangled an AOB contract out of my 80+yr old mom. I decided to try Thumbtack and Erik with FL Shelter responded. He came out almost immediately, then came again to assist and yet again when I asked if he could be there when my insurance carrier came a second time. Then yet again, when it was apparent I'd have a fight with said insurance. All without asking me to even look at a contract, let alone push me to sign one. Here I am, over a year later and finally received my insurance to replace our roof. Erik had checked in periodically throughput the wait, just to see how we were. Within days of me informing him I was finally ready for our roof, he had me scheduled. Now we have our new roof and I have someone I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.

Erik and his team were awesome to work with. He always made himself available to discuss any concerns or questions I had, and was always gracious while doing so. His pricing is fair, the work looks great, and he came back and followed-up multiple times post-installation to ensure that the work was completed to my liking. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new roof installed.

Called and came out right away to give us an estimate. After choosing this company to do the roof, they handled everything quickly and roof was finished in a timely manner and looks amazing. Good quality work done. Owner came to inspect to make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend for your roofing needs.

FSR did an amazing job. My roof was in bad shape and they completed the install and repaired all the damage. Great communication and responsiveness. They kept me in the loop through the entire process. Contracted was signed on a Thursday and they started the work on Monday! Very fast! Thank you for my beautiful roof!
