- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by scheduling a convenient time to inspect the roof. During the visit, we thoroughly evaluate the roofing system, identify any issues, and take measurements. We also take time to understand what you’re looking for in a contractor — whether that’s specific materials, budget considerations, long-term durability, or aesthetics. Every homeowner’s priorities are different. After the inspection, we prepare a detailed, tailored proposal that outlines your options clearly, so you can make an informed decision with confidence. We focus on transparency, communication, and delivering a roof that fits your home and your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from extensive, real-world roofing experience combined with in-depth knowledge of Florida Building Code requirements. We’ve worked with nearly every roofing material used in Florida and understand proper installation methods, structural considerations, and long-term performance in high-wind and high-moisture environments. Because we work directly within Florida’s permitting and inspection process, we stay current with code updates and manufacturer standards. Our experience allows us not only to meet building code requirements, but often exceed them for added durability and protection.
