What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flat rate based on the type of tax return not by the number of tax documents. My prices are also below fair market because of my low overhead cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first call / text my customer for a little background information on their business. Then we schedule an appointment. The appointment can be done by zoom, only if the customer are able to send their documents via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Accounting. I also received the credential of Enrolled Tax Agent.
