- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
. Yes. Our Rate is 110$ an hour. The price is the same for holidays, weekends, nights. We work 7 days a week. That price includes a 26ft truck and 2 men.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer puts a request in on thumbtack, Our company supplies you with a bid. I try to answer every possible question in my initial bid that I send you. If you have additional question you can send them directly to my phone number or thumbtack. We realize moving is stressful. We try to make it very easy for the customer by explaining everything. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work for a furniture store delivering furniture. Then started on my own moving everything you can think of.
