Offering fair pricing. First time buyer, senior, military discounts offered. Our pricing includes all materials, taxes, labor, permitting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss over the phone your project details. 2. Schedule an appointment to come out for rough measurements. 3. At the appointment, discuss options available. 30-45 minutes. 4. Most cases, pricing will be provided at the initial visit. 30 minutes. 5. Moving forward, generate contract for review and signing. 6. Schedule and obtain exact measurements for ordering. Collect deposit at the same time. 7. Place order for materials. Takes 4-8 weeks to receive product. 8. Installation within 1-2 weeks of receiving materials. Duration varies based on project size. 9. Complete final walkthrough with the owner at completion.

I, Sergey Kopychuk, am the owner of Good Life Homes. I have always enjoyed working with owners on improving their homes/businesses. I started working in the construction industry 19 years ago at the age of 18.
