Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a lighthearted and approachable teacher with a compassionate approach that is sensitive to your stage of life and personal goals. Drawing upon my specialized training in alignment-based yoga, vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal and infant, children's, restorative and integrative and senior yoga as well as childbirth education and infant massage, I support individuals in developing practices suited to their personal needs. I am able to meet each student wherever their starting point may be. I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with children from just a few weeks of age through adults well into their eighties. Allow me to help you co-create a practice and discover wellness and joy through proper alignment, self-awareness and the power of the connection of the body, mind and spirit. Offering private sessions or small group sessions at Authentic Fusion Yoga, Wellness & SUP Paddle Studio in Venice or at your location in and around Venice, Nokomis, North Port, Englewood and Sarasota, Florida. I am passionate about helping people feel better and more capable in their bodies and love working with individuals to determine and then meet their personal goals. I enjoy going back to basics and guiding clients to new insights resulting in new achievements. Traditionally yoga was taught one-on-one and teachers were able to guide students personally in their practice. I enjoy the opportunity to work in my boutique studio and outside with small groups and individuals in this traditional model. I love helping individuals to understand that there is yoga for everyone. Yoga is a combination of movement practice/hatha yoga with the practice of asana, breath practice/pranayama, meditation/dhyani, selfless action/karma yoga and other components that can be balanced for each individuals abilities, purpose and needs.

Lynne is a great yoga teacher. I worked with her for a couple of years in Kenya, before and during my second pregnancy. Her classes are varied and interesting with great relaxation. She is careful to target the poses to the physical and other needs of her students, which I found particularly helpful in what was for me a challenging pregnancy. She gave great tips for handling dealing with things like childbirth and physical problems - little things, that made a big difference. No matter what was happening in my life at the time, I always felt better after one of her sessions. She also did a couple of sessions of kids yoga with my preschooler daughter, which were inventive and a lot of fun. I wish she was still around as I have not found anyone to replace her!

I alway felt great and relaxed after attending class. I love the fact that we spent time connecting with our unborn babies and the atmosphere was relaxed and it was never an issue if one needed to go to the loo in the middle of class or change position. The "keep up" practice really worked as a great preparation for labour and has made me get to understand what I need to do when dealing with pain. Furthermore I did not expect to be getting so many tips and advice on other things in relation to pregnancy and labour. In the end of classes we would always discuss topics like massage, birthing positions, exchange doula/midwife recommendations etc. Lynne created a unique space which included both body, mind and soul. Thank you!

I love her classes, I've been attending her classes for over a year now. She offers several different styles of Yoga and other classes as well. I searched for quite a while and tried several different classes and teachers and something just didn't click and then saw the sign for Authentic Fusion and thought I'll give it a try, so glad I did! It's extremely important that you feel comfortable when doing any workout and Lynne hit the mark. She has a great personality and great knowledge of her field. If I have a certain area that I'm having issues with, she addresses them and doesn't force you to do something your body can't! I highly recommend Lynne and Authentic Fusion.

Lynne's classes are great for every level. I have seen her work with experienced yoginis and first-time beginners all in one class. She knows how to support each person at their level, while ensuring that everyone gets a great workout.
