Mrs. Toni came to my house to perform a deep cleaning. I was a bit skeptical with the whole process at first, being my first time however, Toni made it very easy of a process for me. Very sweet, caring and with an obvious pride on her work, she consistently communicated with me throughout the day on different tasks so we were on the same page at all times. I came to the house mid day and was astounded at how different the house looked. Miss Toni and I proceeded to chat some more and I got a chance to see how meticulous her work is. As a result of today I will be working with her on continuing basis. Even my pet cat was very much at ease in her presence. In short, I am extremely impressed and pleased at her professionalism and how caring she truly is about her craft. Her attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for perfection. Her work is worth every penny and will leave your house looking and feeling like a million dollar mansion.

My dad's house needed a deep cleaning and I had been trying for years for him to let me hire someone to come clean his home. He finally agreed! I spoke with Toni Phillips of BAPCS over the phone (I live out of state), and was immediately impressed with her professionalism, giving me details of what she would do, when she could do it, how long it would take (2 days), and gave me a reasonable estimate. I had expected the top end of the estimate, but she called me when she got to the house and came down to the middle of the estimate. She called me in the morning to let me know when she and her crew would arrive and again at the end of the day to let me know what they did, and sent pictures. Toni even went above and beyond when she fixed two kitchen cabinet doors that had fallen off. My dad was very pleased with how clean his house was, and has hired Toni/BAPCS to continue cleaning his house on a monthly basis. Thank you, Toni!

Extremely professional and courteous. Toni was able to work around our crazy schedules and fit us in to do our move-out clean for our apartment, enabling my fiancé and I to tend to wedding, moving, and work. I would highly recommend her! The only thing that could have gone better was on our part. All of our communication was horrible and last minute do to crazy wedding plans and me working out of town, but Toni was understanding and willing to work with us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing to meet any clients needs if one needs an hourly rate my rate is $20 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. I also provide a flat rate which varies by size and ones needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to ones needs and communication is the number one key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 plus years cleaning. Maintained head of housekeeping and lead inspector title for 5 years for condos and hotel rooms for Seahaven Beach Hotel from 2007- 2012 in Panama City Beach Fl. And then I decided to go to a different level in totally running my cleaning business full time instead of part time while I was working full time at Seahaven.
